Info for Kitas & Schools

We promote visits to many Berlin Theatres for children and young people from school and non-school institutions by offering admission discounts. This includes groups from Berlin daycare Mittes, all types of schools, after-school programs, children's and school stores, independent organizations and youth associations.

With discount vouchers from JugendKulturService, your organization pays 2 euros less per Theatre ticket when visiting many children’s and youth Theatres in Berlin. In addition, accompanying educators receive free tickets (for after-school programs, one free ticket for every 7 children; for schools, one free ticket for groups of 15 or more students).

Once you have received the discount vouchers, you can order the desired tickets directly through the Theatre. Please bring one set of discount vouchers per class or daycare group to the booked performance (schools: green, pink, and white vouchers; daycare Mittes and similar institutions: yellow, blue, and white) and hand them in at the Theatre. Don’t forget to fill in the school number or institution ID number beforehand.

Once you’ve filled out the voucher, the Theatre will give you a duplicate copy to keep for your records.

At the box office, you’ll then pay only the discounted ticket price and receive the free tickets for the chaperones.

All state schools are automatically registered with us and can conveniently order the discount vouchers for their institution by entering their school number on our order form.

Daycare Mittes, kindergartens and other institutions that have already ordered discount vouchers from us and have already received a JKS identification number can also order using the order form and enter their JKS identification number.
